Redeeming your vacation certificate is easy. Just navigate to the Redeem a Certificate page on this site. Once there, you'll enter your last name and Certificate number. Then, in just a few short and simple steps, you'll be able to set your dates to visit Massanutten Resort. Having trouble? Most vacation certificates are valid for use up to 12 months from date of purchase. For example, if you purchase your certificate on February 1, 2026, you have until January 31, 2027 to select a date to visit. All certificate redemptions are based on availability.

Unfortunately, your vacation certificate is non-transferable. Vacation certificates are valid only for the person's name appearing on the purchase. Should you need to extend the date of your certificate, we would be happy to assist by calling 833-535-0325.

There are two accommodation options at Massanutten Resort and when you purchased a vacation certificate, you selected one of those two options. We have standard hotel rooms that are located in the heart of the resort and we have one-bedroom condo units that are located mountainside and within the resort valley. If you don't recall which accommodation option you purchased, at time of redemption, you'll see the specific lodging options available to you.

All gifts that were promised as part of your Massanutten vacation package will be given to you upon completion of the 90-120 timeshare presentation. As a reminder, that presentation generally takes place on the first full day of your stay meaning that if you check in on a Thursday, your presentation will take place Friday.
