Vacation certificates give you the flexibility to travel when it works best for you. You lock in the price of your vacation today then you have up to 12 months to set a date for a visit. Once you know those dates, you visit the Redeem a Certificate section of this website, log in with your name and certificate number, and then pick the dates for your trip. It's that easy!
Vacation packages sold through Massanutten Vacations include your lodging accommodations plus a special gift. The discounted rate for your accommodations and the special gift is our way of saying thanks for agreeing to attend a 90-120 timeshare presentation during your stay.
No. The price you pay today is your total price of your vacation package. Of course, you will be responsible for any costs associated with getting to the resort and any money you spend during your visit, but there are no hidden fees associated with the packages sold through Massanutten Vacations.
Yes, our vacation packages include a 90-120 minute timeshare presentation where we will tell you more about vacation ownership opportunities available at Massanutten Resort. During your tour, you'll visit many of the different areas of the resort, learn about future expansion plans, and see if vacation ownership is the right fit for you. You are under no obligation to purchase or join anything; all we ask is that you keep an open mind about what options may work for you and your family. This timeshare presentation generally takes place on the first full day of your stay (ie. the day after you check in).
The timeshare tour will be approximately 90-120 minutes long, but could vary based on your level of interest. The tour begins at our WoodStone Sales Center. You'll visit the WaterPark, Ski Area, see a few timeshare units, and learn about the vacation ownership opportunities available at Massanutten Resort.
Our discounted vacation packages are in high demand and have limited availability as such there are certain eligibility requirements that must be met in order to participate in the promotion. Full details of those eligibility requirements will be shown prior to reserving your vacation package. They can also be found on the Terms and Condition page of this site.
Most vacation certificates are valid for use up to 12 months from date of purchase. For example, if you purchase your certificate on February 1, 2026, you have until January 31, 2027 to select a date to visit. All certificate redemptions are based on availability.
All gifts that were promised as part of your Massanutten vacation package will be given to you upon completion of the 90-120 timeshare presentation. As a reminder, that presentation generally takes place on the first full day of your stay meaning that if you check in on a Thursday, your presentation will take place Friday.
