Vacation packages sold through Massanutten Vacations include your lodging accommodations plus a special gift. The discounted rate for your accommodations and the special gift is our way of saying thanks for agreeing to attend a 90-120 timeshare presentation during your stay.
No. The price you pay today is your total price of your vacation package. Of course, you will be responsible for any costs associated with getting to the resort and any money you spend during your visit, but there are no hidden fees associated with the packages sold through Massanutten Vacations.
The timeshare tour will be approximately 90-120 minutes long, but could vary based on your level of interest. The tour begins at our WoodStone Sales Center. You'll visit the WaterPark, Ski Area, see a few timeshare units, and learn about the vacation ownership opportunities available at Massanutten Resort.
Yes, our vacation packages include a 90-120 minute timeshare presentation where we will tell you more about vacation ownership opportunities available at Massanutten Resort. During your tour, you'll visit many of the different areas of the resort, learn about future expansion plans, and see if vacation ownership is the right fit for you. You are under no obligation to purchase or join anything; all we ask is that you keep an open mind about what options may work for you and your family. This timeshare presentation generally takes place on the first full day of your stay (ie. the day after you check in).
Yes, the dates you visit Massanutten Resort are completely up to you. As long as we have open availability, you can schedule your visit. We also have options if you don't know the exact dates you want to visit. You can purchase a Vacation Certificate which gives you increased flexibility: you lock in your vacation price today and then have up to 12 months to set a date for a visit.
Our discounted vacation packages are in high demand and have limited availability as such there are certain eligibility requirements that must be met in order to participate in the promotion.
